Another Sunday exploring the beautiful Penang island with Justin. Really is hard to believe that places around The Goddess of Mercy Temple changed so much since my last visit in 2013. I still remember I used to visit The Goddess of Mercy Temple every year when I was in my primary and secondary school time to pray for luck in exams. 

This is the very first time we visit The Alley cafe located beside the temple, I've always heard that how good their Churro is and it's definitely worth trying. Make sure you walk around that area after enjoying your Churro and coffee, to visit the historical temple and to admire the old house/building around. 

再一次到槟城观音亭，真的很难想像这里变了好多。我最后一次来这里是去年拜拜的时候，记忆中那时侯好像还没发展好呢。还记得以前求学的时候，每一年都会来这里许愿和还愿 - 希望学业有成，考试可以顺利。

这是我们第一次到 The Alley 咖啡屋，就在观音亭的旁边；很多人都推荐他们家的 Churro，确实值得一试，Churro 酥脆的外皮占上甜甜的 Caramel 还有肉桂粉，真的让人垂涎三尺。享用完热腾腾的咖啡还有 Churro 后不妨到邻近的小街走走，也可以拜访已经有很多年历史的观音亭，感受下比较 laid-back 的老槟城。

Another beautiful Saturday with my mom and sis, celebrating early Mother's Day at Macalister Mansion Living Room. We all love it here not just for the delicious food, but also the friendly staff that make you feel so comfortable just like at you own home.

星期六傍晚，和妹妹还有妈妈在槟城 Macalister Mansion Living Room 提早庆祝母亲节。我们很喜欢这里，不只是因为美食，还有就是他们友善亲切的服务态度，让你有宾至如归的感觉。

If you love cakes, here is definitely a must visit place. I love the idea of selling cakes in small pieces, RM10 for 4 - totally suitable for people like me who love eating cakes, but prefer it to be in more variety. As I always said, the combination of cakes and coffee make earth a living heaven. By the way, if you are not a coffee person, they have wide variety of TWG tea too!

如果你喜欢吃蛋糕甜点，那一定要来这里。很喜欢他们的小蛋糕，特别适合我这种爱吃多种类蛋糕，却又容易觉得腻的女生。蛋糕与咖啡的组合，绝对像置身天堂那样幸福呀！当然，如果你不喝咖啡的话，他们也有多样化的 TWG 茶让你自行选择。

I don't usually travel far to hunt for food, but with the right company aka my sister and bf, it's so much fun so why not?

分享我到位于 Tanjung Bungah 的 Baa Baa Black Sheep cafe 时的穿搭 - 条纹背心 + 黑色亮片外套 + 丹宁短裤 + 镂空靴。

平常的我几乎不会千里迢迢到某个地方只为了用餐；不过只要和对的人 - 好比妹妹还有男朋友一块儿，整个路程都是愉快的，那又何乐不为呢？

One of my very favorite breakfast place is at Penang Free School Market, a small market place where you can find delicious hawker food at such an inexpensive price. My recommendation on the MUST TRY food is :

Ban Chien Kuih - 

Nyonya peanut pancake with eggs and sweet corn, be it in usual white sugar or Gula Melaka, it's AWESOME!!!

Char Koay Kak - 

Fried carrot cake in soya sauce, turnip, bean-sprouts, eggs and chives.

This is the very first time I dressed up to market, usually most of us Penangites wear pajamas to market (not really pajamas pajamas but something very close, normally a huge worn-out tees together with slippers) but there is always first time for everything :)

Blue skinny jeans, black tee and cut-out boots - everything comfy for that effortless stylish look. Love how the embossed tee keep everything minimal yet standout.

我最爱的早餐地点之一就是位于恒毅中学对面的 Penang Free School 巴杀。在这个不算大也不算闻名的小巴杀，不但食物一流，而且价钱公道；比起一些闻名的小贩中心，绝对有过而无不及。我个人推荐这两样 "必尝" 的美食，几乎每个尝过的亲戚朋友都会竖起拇指赞好：

万煎糕

一种娘惹煎饼，在薄厚适中的煎饼打颗鸡蛋，洒上大量的花生还有甜玉蜀黍，无论是加白糖还是黑糖都一样好吃！

炒粿角

类似炒粿条的槟城小食。用蒸好的萝卜糕，加入菜脯碎，黑酱油，鸡蛋还有韭菜和豆芽快速以大火翻炒，味道可是可以媲美闻名国际的槟城炒粿条呢。

这可是我第一次穿得比较 "正式" 上巴杀；普偏上我们很多槟城人都是穿睡衣去巴杀的（其实也不算是真正的睡衣啦，邋遢的宽松大 T 恤加人字拖，也和睡衣相差不远），不过凡事总有第一次就是啦 :)

典型的蓝色窄脚牛仔裤，黑色 T 恤 还有镂空平底及踝靴 -  舒适的单品穿搭出我最爱的休闲风。很喜欢这件低调又有一点奢华感的压花 T 恤，简单却不单调。
