Its been madly hectic but a fun weekend at Speed City KL for the Achilles Formula Drift SEA Rd1 Malaysia 2012. 

As a result of overexertion under the hot sun exposure and crowded conditions at the grandstand over the weekend, my body suffers minor heat-related illness like heat rashes, headache and intense thirst. Not to mention those disrespectful smokers with poor etiquette that smokes at non-smoking grandstand and worsen the already packed suffocating ventilation.

Apple Cucumber Juice 

Prep time: 10 minutes 

Cook time: 0 minutes 

Yield: 4 servings

Instructions: 

Slice the cucumber and apple to fit the juicer. If the cucumber and apples is not organic or if it's waxed, peel the skin. Blend everything in the juicer and add in honey. Drink immediately for maximum benefit.
